In order to maximize efficiency for scheduling purposes, please indicate all of the times which you are available during the next 2-3 weeks (interviews begin in September, and continue throughout the semester on a case by case basis, pending on student interest. Please use the notes section below to indicate any additional availability).
Note that appointments will last approximately 1 hour, and larger time ranges are preferred. The more flexibility you have, the easier it will be to get you on the schedule.
You cannot schedule appointments within 24 hours of the appointment. Usually, it can take a few days to schedule and finalize. Additionally, appointments are NOT scheduled on University Holidays, evenings past 5:00pm EST, or on weekends. Please be mindful of this when listing your availability.
Below are 10 Date and time sets for you to list which upcoming dates you are available and the times which you are available on that date. If you are available multiple times for a date, you may list that date twice with the separate time ranges for each listing. If you are available "any time" for a particular date, you may list the date and leave both the "Start Time" and the "End Time" fields blank.
At the very bottom, you may list any more information you need us to know (Jobs, school, etc.) or if you run out of room for your availability with the space provided.
